Gold reef city..ocean basket No we will not attitude

Terrible experience.. Ocean basket Rivonia is our favorite place to eat.. So we were at gold reef city this weekend and decided to give it a try. Drinks arrived bit by bit.. The rolls had to be be asked for 3 times before it arrived hard.. U could cut into it. They were not busy a the time only 3 tables were occupied.. So we ordered our meals and I ordered the platter for 1. I don't eat mussels.. So normally at any other restaurants I am allowed to swop something in the platter. The manager straight up said no.. I asked tell me what you can do not what he couldnt.. William the manger says order something without mussels.. He refused to do anything else.. So i walked to Carlitos and ordered what I wanted.
