Gateway OB WORST EVER!!!!

Yesterday (Valentine's day) my partner and I decided to have a meal at Ocean Basket Gateway. Upon arrival there was a line outside the restaurant. Given the day I understood it will be obviously busy. After 30mins of waiting we were shown to our table. Once at our table we waited 20mins just to receive a menu. Once we received our menu we were left for an additional 15mins until a waiter came to our table. After taking our order we were waiting another 45mins. People that were behind us in the line were already having mains and we were still waiting for our drinks. Please note that during the 20 and 45min waiting I approached the manager who did absolutely nothing to help us. I eventually eventually got up and walked out, making eye contact with the manager who didn't even ask what's going on.
