Foul Sewage Odour

On Monday, 7 August 2023, a crowd of people visited this restaurant to celebrate my gradufhter's 19th Birthday.

Just before our dinner was served, we started smelling a foul odour which was not pleasant at all! We then confirmed amongst ourselves that it was a sewage odour emulating from the toilets at the back of the restaurant; in close proximity to where we were seated.

It was difficult trying to eat whilst the air was polluted with the smell of sewage. It was an awful experience, and I reported it to the staff who were on duty at the time.

They confirmed that they had a blockage and that management were aware of the problem.

Have you ever had to deal with the smell of sewage whilst trying to eat! Well I hope you never have to experience it. I am not happy with the way in which we had to endure the smell whilst trying to enjoy our dinner.

This experience put a damper on our festivities and ruined the evening, as we did not linger longer after dinner, and we left in a hurry.

I am appealing to the management of thos restaurant to please get their plumbing sorted out.
