Foodpoisoning a result or Sushi or Oysters

<p>A large group of friends gathered at Ocean Basket Woodlands on Friday eve, all from 4 different households. After enjoying a meal of oysters and salmon sashimi for starters- and sharing various sushi platters for mains, we returned home at 20:20. On more or less the same time all of us fell ill with extreme vomiting and diarrhea which were diagnosed by our various doctors as food posening. On contacting the store we were informed by the manager to go to the dr and they will pay for it. Only the next day at 11:00 the owner contacted me after my third call to the shop. He insisted on complete detailed medical reports to confirm that the food poisoning was obtained was actually off his food. Nearly impossible to proof and very expensive. With medical cost in excess of R5000 (amongst the group) and an Ocean Basket bill of more than R2200 - AND TWO FULL DAYS UNABLE TO WORK OR OPERATE - what now? Total disregard from owner! He refuses to believe that it can be from food from his restaurant!
