Food was good but poor service

Last night went to last minute dinner at Ocean basket. Never went to Cape Gate branch before as the Ocean Basket always used to stink of old rotten seafood prior to the renovations (which is great) so not pleasant at all. Was seated by a waiter and after some time a drinks order was taken, very slow delivery time of drinks overall. The initial waiter told us that they cant find the waiter responsible for our table but continued with our drinks order. The first words from \Vicky"was \""Have you been waiting long"
