Food poisoning after eating from Ocean Basket Melv

Ordered 4 Hake and Chips combos as a takeaway from Ocean Basket Melville at 18h00 on 25 Feb 2015, 3 of four adults ate these between 18h45 and 19h45. All three sufferred bouts of diarrhoea and vomitting for the period from 06h00 to 18h00 on 26 Feb 2015. Called manager, Ali, who indicated that Melville Ocean Basket has it's FSC, are insured and we could claim if we wanted to do so. As a medical doctor, this appears to be a common source outbreak of acute gastroenteritis from a restaurant. Ali didn't indicate if he would do anything to assess this possibility. Been using this restaurant infrequently over last 9 years, no previous incidents but Ali will not be the recipient of my patronage on future.
