Food poisoning

My hubby bought me starter mussels for mothers day supper. While eating i choked on a piece of scourer used for washing pots. It was just over 2cm long. Called the store and the manager DC confirmed it was cooked with the mussels. Spoke to the owner Ruan that night who was very calm with a dont care attitude. The entire night i was in the bathroom throwing up. Ruan promised to call back the next day and i Am still waiting. I contacted head office the next day after leaving the doctor and was given a lady by the name of Tatenda email address and contacted number. I called her and explained the situation and she told me someone would call me back within 48hrs from the business unit. 2 emails later i am still waiting. I had to be booked of work and spent my birthday 12 May in bed sick. Really disgusted with ocean basket!!!!!
