food ordered but waiter forgot about order

On the 3th of September 2015 my wife and I went to ocean basket at durban beach front to have supper about 19:10 a waiter name Enock mazanhi and took our order for a meal when 1 hour past I asked him what was the delay then the manager Riaz comes and say so sorry about that the waiter has forgotten the order and his words as follows there's something wrong with the waiter am sorry but I will fire him now that's not how you treat people and we also ordered drinks which never came very very poor and unprofessional service I will never go there again could you please look into this matter.<br> Thank You
