Food order taking an hour

On the 4 Dec. We went to order a platter for one and some sushi for take away. The food order took an hour to make this is redicilous we finally got the platter for one and drove it down to our unit as this was a friends order then drove back up to collect the sushi that took for ever. This is discussting service.
