Food not fresh

Was served half cooked rice that had a bad smell it was about to go off.i.sent feedback headoffice called to say they never had an complaints of that sort for that day from that branch so I take it because I'm the only complaining of the take away food I got which I was not happy about my complain is irrelevant. She promised a voucher for only one meal when I had initially bought two meals which never happened.i.dont have a problem with only one meal voucher offered but for the fact that they did not even honor their promise after I was served a meal with half cooked offish rice I'm not happy about the service.after along day of work you look forward to a good meal only to uncover such disappointment. We only ate the fish and salad as for their dressing it was just put oil with herbs .I will never go to ocean basket sunward parks ever again
