Fly in my drink

<p>I was at the Ocean Basket at the Mall at Carnival on the 28th January 2017. I had a sip of my drink and it was fine, however on my next sip there was a huge fly in there, im not talking about those tiny fruit fly's, but those big nasty green ones. I notified the waiter, who apologised and took the drink to the manager. The manager named Dieter came over and advised quite nonchalantly that he cannot replace the drink as he cannot control the fly's, so I said fine, he can remove a portion of the cost of the drink which I could no longer consume, he refused to do either and I had no option but to throw away more than half of my drink. Apparently he is a part owner of the restaurant, so he obviously did not want to incur any losses, to the detriment of the customer, needless to say, neither me or my family will be frequenting this restaurant.</p>
