FLIES, FLIES, FLIES

A few friends and I went for lunch at OB for one of my friend's birthdays. It was my first time at the Waterfront store. My complaint is not relating to the food but instead the amount of flies and how they had nothing in place for it. The flies were everywhere. It was so difficult for us to enjoy our meal because we were swatting away the flies more than eating our food. We asked our waiter if he could bring us a candle and he then called the manager who told me that they don't have candles and that he has heard that ladies perfume also keeps the flies away. To which I responded that I'm not going to spray perfume over my food. The point I'm trying to raise is that if you know that you have a seafood restaurant, flies are inevitable and appropriate measures should be put in place. Last I checked, it is the manager's responsibility to ensure that you have a good experience at his restaurant. I went to another restaurant once and ordered a waffle, they didn't have ice cream but ran to PnP to go get some. I honestly don't think I'll ever go back to this OB. The others I have been to have had candles.
