Fish bones in kiddies meals

I just had the most terrifying experience in my life... We went for dinner at ocean basket Hartenbos and my kids had the fried packo bites KIDDIES meal.... My daughter suddenly started screaming ****** ****** and there was a fish bone in her throat.... How can you give fish bites to kids small kids 3, 5 and 6 years old... I understand all fish have fish bones but that's where you guys should take care of it... I am totally disgusted with ocean basket and you guys made money out of us for the past 15 years every single Friday!
