Extremely poor service

I had the worse experience at Ocean basket in harbour island strand. This is the second incident where we have been given poor service by management. I took our my wife, our son and my sister in law on Saturday 24th August. My son is a baby and pushed off the wooden plate from the table I picked it up. They gave 5 ppl a very small table to sit in we barely had space to move let alone eating together. The second time my son pushed the wooden plate off... The space was ridiculous reason being why we could not move the wooden service plate coasters. The manager came over looking furious at me and my 9month old baby. Picked up the plate and gave us a very unsettling look. When we placed our order the waiter was BTW brilliant. She took our order after waiting 20min with the place not even full the second manager started an exchange of words with our waiter in front of us about a metre away about the order being incorrect and it needs to be changed and she started which I assume is Greek or something else shouting into the kitchen. She came over to me saying my order was not correct I need to change it. It was not my order she assumed and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I told her it was my in laws order she then went over and her whole attitude changed. She said she does not mind changing the order the manner in which she spoke was in light we should eat and leave.... In a very unpleasant and unwelcoming way. The table was so small when the food arrived almost ontop of us was mm away from our and at that point as toddlers do my son touched the food he burned his finger on the plate. Basically anyone touching the plate almost got burnt, who sells food that hot never in my life have I sat at a restaurant and piping hot food was served. When I went after my wife to rinse my sons hand on my way to the toilet the manager ask what am I looking for very rude and lastly almost all the tables were asked if they were OK expect our table by the manager. So our nearly 700 bill was good enough not us. If these established hire ppl to work make sure you hire someone with ppl s****s and ppl who are not biase to the ethnicity or race they serve.
