Extremely Disappointing Birthday Experience at Ocean Basket - July 16th

My mother chose to celebrate her birthday at Ocean Basket on July 16th, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. After being seated, her table was completely ignored for an hour. Despite it being a special occasion, the waiter assigned to their table not only failed to attend to them but didn't even bother to take their order during that entire prolonged wait. During this hour of neglect, my mum actually tried to find a waiter herself. She even stood up to look for someone who could help them, only to discover that the person who had claimed their table was nowhere to be found. This highlights the severe lack of attention and service they received. To add insult to injury, after such a significant period with absolutely no service, they didn't even bring the bill to the table. Instead, they were simply directed to pay at the entrance, which further highlighted the complete lack of proper table service and overall disorganization. This level of neglect and disorganization is simply unacceptable, especially on a day meant for celebration. It utterly ruined what should have been a memorable birthday meal. We left feeling incredibly frustrated and utterly let down by the lack of service and the chaotic payment process. We certainly expected much, much better from Ocean Basket.

The manager was so rude, when we asked for a manager, he pretended he was not the manager, he did not even apologize.
