Extremely bad service

<p>Went to the store with family, obviously with the expectation of receiving good service as Ocean basket usually gives. At this particular branch I was thoroughly disgusted at the way they treated us as customers, first the waitress had a very bad attitude, no s3nse of urgency whatsoever, she served us cold bread and warm drinks and when confronted about the issue, she became very defensive and answered us rudely. I asked for the manager to bring us a different waitress however that didn't solve the problem as y order was terrible. We ordered "pick of the ocean" meal, the prawns were terrible and distasteful, the chips were literally 5 or 6 and the fish was grilled instead of fried as per my request. Please have this matter resolved as this is not the way to treat customers. My wife and I we were extremely disappointed. </p>
