Exquisite experience at OB Clearwater mall.

Last week I sent an email to Ocean Basket Head Office with concerns regarding experiences we had at Clearwater mall.<br> <br> Within a couple of hours, the owner of the branch phoned me and discussed with me, patiently and with an open heart, what we had experienced and how he could address it.<br> <br> He invited us back to his shop for an opportunity to change our minds.<br> <br> We went there again yesterday, and I was blown away...<br> Though it was extremely busy, the service was EXCELLENT, the food was delicious, on time, fresh, really, an exquisite meal! <br> <br> Andrea showed great care for all, not just us, the customers dining in his shop.<br> <br> I thank Ocean Basket Head Office and Ocean Basket Clearwater for changing our experience to such a wonderfully positive one. I do love Ocean Basket, as they offer delicious seafood at affordable prices and you can always expect good quality.<br> <br> It is only human to also have some ups and downs, it happens everywhere, what made the difference here is that it was dealt with in the most professional and wonderful manner, and was corrected and improved upon beyond reproach!!<br> <br> Thank you so much Ocean Basket!
