Excellent service

On Saturday 10th October Me and my kids wanted to have fish for An early takeaway dinner and chose ocean basket emmerentia , when we got there and also with me having a baby it was impossible to go in and order takeaways, so I called the restaurant to place an order , my vall was promptly answered by a pleasant person who spoke clear and loud enough for me to hear above the noise , I explained why I couldn’t come inside and he was so understanding, he took my order down perfectly , made suggestions and even came out to see where I was parked , order given we waited about 25 mins as it was a long order with specific changes that we requested , a staff member brought the bill and credit card machine and sanitizer to my car , after I paid food was brought to me and the helpful lady helped me pack the food in the car , the meal was another story , we hadn’t eaten takeaways in a lonnng time and this meal was absolutely delicious , they for our order perfect , the food was still hot when we got home ( about 20 mins away) and the food was nearly packed and pleasing to the eye , their new packaging is super fantastic and the food didn’t have that cardboard smell , it Tasted no different to when u would sit down and we where very happy , so to the kind gentleman who took my call to the kind lady who delivered my order and for delicious food A BIG THANK YOU , this was a lovely experience and we will certainly be back for more
