Dtale prawns for take away

I spent R149 on prawns at Ocean Basket Vangate Mall for take-away. Waited for patiently 25 minutes for the order.As I prepared to have the meal at home, I noted that the prawns were stale and the chips were half-done (raw potato). Called OB and communicated my complaint to Muhsin, the Restaurant Manager. His response was \I chacked with the kitchen and the prawns are frash". He asked me to bring back the prawns (I live 15 km away) for him to chack it. I was not prepared to drive all this distance for OB to conduct a forensic verification.
