Dry and bland

I am so disappointed in the food that we got served at Ocean Basket in Tygervalley Centre. We ordered the platter for two and received a bland plate of food.

The fish was dry and had an unpleasant taste along with the calamari that was the bland and unpleasant texture. The squid heads was also dry and unpleasant.

It would have seemed that the plate was previously prepared and just heated to be served.

We expressed our dissatisfaction to the waiter when asking for the bill. However the manager did not even enquire the nature of our complaint or showed any interest in improving our bad experience.

Totally disappointed in the whole experience and do not think this branch will be seeing me again.
