we made a complaint on your website 2 weeks ago and still no contact.

Good day we came in to have sushi with our clients, we waited 2 hours for the meal. And just to get half the meal. The tuna was miff and disgusting, the coffee was sickening. And then we waited another 2 hours for tempura prawns and the prawns you could taste were not right. My clients and I have been sick for 2 days now. I have tried on numerous occasions to call in but the phone just rings. Spent over R 800 to get the most disgusting sushi there is. Staff is absolutely rude and absolutely disgraceful to the company and the manager of the refused to assist us. How can such a so called good restaurant be so disgusting. I will be taking legal actions against Ocean Basket
