Does Ocean Basket allow pets in their restaurants

On Sunday I went to Ocean Basket Ballito. People walked into the restaurant with a dog, I asked the waitress if pets are allowed she said NO. I am personally very scared of dogs and cats, we called the manager "Perfect" and explained that I am not comfortable. We suggested that he move the people to the other side and he failed to that, I am extremely dissatisfied and very angry on how Perfect handled the situation.
