DO NOT EAT AT OCEAN BASKET MELVILLE!!! BEWARE!!!

I must admit as a frequent customer of ocean basket ,never in my life have I had such a terrible experience and bad taste left in my mouth. My friend and I ordered a sea food paella and garlic bread of which we found a foreign object(canderell sachet mixed in the paella) and I have no idea where the sachet had been before, not to mention that the garlic bread was absolutely drenched in garlic sauce/oil and made the bread so soggy that it wasn't even edible. I will never eat here again and demand a refund as this is not what we paid for and not the quality of food one would expect from an ocean basket franchise. After having sent the above complaint to the head office of ocean basket almost immediately, i received a call from the manager of the Melville restaurant almost 4 hours later! trying to justify that it was human error and he would speak to his staff and the chef, i was very unhappy about this as i wasted my money on bad food and never enjoyed/got what i paid for!!! Please do not visit the melville ocean basket as they offer pathetic food/service which is a first for me coming from an ocean basket franchise. I even took pictures of how disgusting the food looks.
