Dissapointment

Very dissapointed with the service received at the Kimberley, NC branch. We sat down at 19:00PM, only had one menu available, so we ordered drinks and shared the menu amongst us to see the selection of meals on offer. So 40 minutes later we order our food and we are told that it is not recommended to order sushi because it takes to long to prepare, the waiter pointed out that some of the other tables were finished with their meals and still waiting for their orders of sushi to be served. Surely the waiter could have told us this when we sat down. The restaurant only had people sitting outside, so how they take that long to get menus, drinks, orders etc. Its like they never dealt with this amount of people at the establishment. Really bad experience with the family. Had to eventually go eat at one of the other restaurants.
