Dissapointed in O.B

We purchased two famous fish and rice and chips from Ocean Basket in Kenilworth Centre. The fish was not done very nicely as it was extremely soft and cold inside. We do not like complaining about food in stores as we never know what people can do to your food when you complain. Also we normally always buy fried fish and always it comes with a little lemon butter sauce and is not as dry and plain and plain as this time. We did not enjoy the food at all and our waiter was extremely slow.
