Dissapointed

I was at Ocean basket yesterday celebrating my anniversary with my husband and I ordered grilled hake. When the hake came to me it looked good and I seasoned my hake with the garlic and chillies with some tartare sauce. When I cut the hake open i could see it was raw. It was a brown colour. I told the waiter I'm not happy with It and wanted friend take rather he was very friendly and willing to assist but said he would call his manger. This woman came I don't know her name, she said to me they can't give me the fried hake and that she can ask them to cook it more. The hake came back burnt I forgot to take a pic I was just so tired at that time. What made me angry is that she said you want it well done. Like since when do you ask or should you say you want your fish well done if I wanted raw fish I would have asked for sushi. It was my first and last time at Ocean basket V&A. I had to eat burnt fish as the manager would not have done anything about it anyway. She did not even come back and ask if I was happy about the fish. Worst service ever.
