Disgusting service ocean basket trade route mall

Disgusting service at ocean basket trade route...on being seated .at 6.15.PM waited for 50 mins.there was only two tables occupied. We was one of them.there was a huge commotion at the prep area people were standing there fighting for the take aways.at 7.05 my hubby went to the prep area.to our disgust the guy had no mask on and was handling the food with bare hands.a staff member advised him to wear it.we then asked to speak to the owner.we were told that he just left.we managed to call him.he was rude..and stated that his staff can't wear gloves.the corona virus is no concern to him.we walked out..as no process is followed.we had to ask to be screened.please share so people can see how ocean basket operates .five other customers also walked.we sent the video to the owner...he did not care.
