Disgusting service and filth. Disgrace

Last night our family went to Ocean basket ballito. It was my two kids birthdays so we went for dinner. A nightmare of sorts. From arrival i asked the waiter for a glass of water to take my medication. I kept asking him to no avail. He brings it 20 mins later. Ignoring us. We ordered. We spent our money well. Don't you think our service should be good. We received rock rolls which could be used as weapons in war. I went to the ladies which was stinking and filthy. I thought i could inject my insulin in the ladies. Food arrived 1 hour later. Mine was cold and the stir fry seemed old or someone elses. Salt was not closed and fell into my husband's food. I sent a fb message then only did a manager arrive. For what? When its reported!! R1400 later ive been ****** of hard earned money to be cheated of a beautiful birthday dinner. Sorry to my children.
