Disgusting Service

I would like to express my total disgust in the service I received from the store on the night of 27/01/2015.<br> We arrived at the store at about 20:25 and we pre booked a table for the night in question, when we got to the store we were told that they had the time for 19:30 instead of 20:30 and apologised so we waited for them to organise a table in the smoking area and at 20:50 we finally got shown to the table outside for 8 and were given menus. After 5 min we had to call a waiter to ask if we could order drinks in the meantime, he took our orders but kept shaking his head as we were ordering, his name is Khaya. It then started raining and we had to go inside and a table was organised for us. At 21:10 we called the manager whose name is AB and asked if we were going to get our drinks and that we would like to order our starters as well. Ab then told us that our waiter was cleaning the glasses for our drinks, i mean like really should that no be pre done? They brought 3 Champagne glasses and I asked for an additional five which we waited another 15 minutes for. AB then called another waiter whose name is Orbert and he took our starters order.
