disgusting service

<p>walked into the Ocean Basket at the V & A Waterfront on 2/12/2017 arount 12:10pm. After 10mins a waiter approaches us to ask if we were helped to which i rep**** NO. He then arranged for our waiter to come and serve us. we palced the drinks order, the drinks arrived at the table after 20mins. We then placed our food order and waited over an hour before I asked the waiter what is going on, an asked to speak to the manager. The Manager arrives at the table covering for his waiter saying that the system had crashed but he will arrange for our food to be at the table in the next 5 mins. Another 30mins passed and nothing happened, we eventually just walked out without eating any food. I think for such an important tourist attraction such as the Waterfront, the service was beyound disgusting.......</p>
