This man and his staff made you a lot of money in royalties, profit on supplies etc. Then when the Kollonade Centre upgraded, scaffolding and barricading severely affected business and you took you chance. Taking the shop and selling it to a prospective buyer who already put in an offer, You went behind and made the new Zimbabwean owner a deal. Putting around 30 people out of a job. Kollonade ( Sasol ) , I presume it is in line with your "Black uplifting policy" , EXCEPT theses are FOREIGN blacks bringing in more foreigners to take over South Africans work, thus creating more unemployment! And for loyalty.... well look up that word in the dictionary ad you clearly have NO idea what it means. A scaniving bunch of hardcore businessmen with no mercy in spite of the shop picking up on business and profitibility. Well I certainly hope The Dept of Home Affairs and The Dept of Labour visit you often with inspectors of impeccable integrity that does not fall for your bribes to turn a blind eye! May your dirty tactics backfire severely on you ( Ocean Basket ) and may these foreign owners pull some srious moves to your detriment. I've notice there is 889 complaints/comments on HelloPeter and NOT ONCE did the "Fats Corporation"respond!! To the Kollonade Centre Management, whenever disaster strikes you never assist the tennants and milk every cent out of them, condemning it normally as "an act of God". Please, if that was the case why do you claim from the engineers, construction companies and the insurance? Take your losses like you demand from your tenants. Its all about ruthless, dirty money. May all those new restaurants bloom and attract ALL the potential Ocean Basket customers. And no, this is not a racial comment, 4 Whites are now jobless in comparison to about 30 black staff. Some of them serving you for more than 20 years. Nationwide Ocean Basket is going for a sh*t, mainly because of no guidance and exploitation from the "Fats Corporation".
