Disgusting ocean basket Garden Route

Usually love ocean basket, but just had the worst experience to date at Ocean Basket Garden Route mall. Asked for grilled, they gave burned grilled tubes, fried burnt calamari heads, fish was an absolute mess. Tried taking it back 10 mins before they closed bit when i phoned they said no theyre closing now i can bring it back tomorrow. Seriously we are sleeping at town lodge, should the whole room smell like burnt fish the whole night? Disgusting!!
