Disgusting food

My family& I went to Ocean Basket on Monday evening, my brother & I ordered the platter for 1x 2 but when i got my food, the prawn had poo and when i told the waiter she said it was the vein. My mom asked for crispy chips but she all she got was slap chips. The service is too bad. this was not the 1st time i experienced such bad service. i wanted to give the resturant a 2nd chance but they blew it.
