Disgusting customer service

On Saturday 3 October 2015 me and my family decided to have supper at ocean basket.Upon our arrival the waiter came and gave us menu's and plates.I noticed that my plate was oily and sticky,i then alerted the kitchen staff who gave me a clean plate.Shortly there after the manager came and asked if we are okay.I informed of the messy plate I was given and the manager used some excuse that the cleaning staff cleaned the plates in a rush.No apology whatsoever and walked away.The waiter came and took our order when we asked where is the beverage menu ,we were told the branch only has 3 beverage menus in that we need to wait.I honestly feel that this is the most disgusting service I've ever received from Ocean masket.,I Will not recommend anybody to go to this branch
