Disgusted in the service

firstly we walked in I timed the waiter that's was going to serve us it took him 10 min to come and take our orders, he took our orders and he never even intro himself.<br> we placed our order and we told him that we don't want Calamari Heads he should replace it with Calamari he brought the platter and he never took out the Calamari Heads and we returned it. <br> we starting eating as we started eating the hake the hake tasted slimy and we put it one side and ate the prawns that was well done the waiter came back and asked if he can top us up with our drinks we said yes it took him another 15min to bring the drinks he dropped the drinks and never took the dirty glasses that to me is wrong <br> we asked for the bill and for about 20-25 min we were waiting and I just decided ill get up and ill just go pay and we paid and left..<br> <br> Platter for two just ate the chips and prawns and the rest was raw so unacceptable<br> worse service I've ever received
