Disgusted and disappointed

To Ocean Basket South Africa I suggest you have a talk to your franchise owner at Gold Reef City. About 2months ago my family and I went in to Ocean Basket Gold reef city and sat for over an half hour waiting for service whilst the restaurant was not busy. The manager was standing outside and some lady having laughs while not doing his job. We left it and decided to get up and leave.

We then went to the restuarant yesterday for father's day and to our disappointment we waited 1hour 30 minutes for our food whilst clients that walked in long after we had was served with there meals. We waited patiently as we could see the store was busy. On our arrival the manager was standing at our table and came out a couple of times and not once did he query or say a word to us the same manager from our first encounter. So a family 8 walked in after us and was served before us and we are a family of 4 wow does the majority win...and what is so surprising is that they actually don't give a dam. In the time we sat there waiting there was people that left.

In the end we got up paid of our drinks and left.

Never have I ever experienced such horrible service at any other branch. That manager is not fit to be in that position. O yes let me not forget the lady that complained about how filthy the place was. Ocean Basket SA you need to have a serious review at the store.

This manager has single handedly messed up our fathers day and our love for the food.
