DISGUCTINGLY POOR SERVICE

Last week and Wednesday night I visited this store. Placed an order for 3 seafood platters and was told by the waiter that they are out of calamari tubes and can only serve strips. I asked the waiter (PHILLIP) to check with the manager to make double sure. The manager arrived 20 minutes later and advise that she would check with the kitchen. She eventually returned and said that they have some in stock and they are busy with the order. After sitting for an 1 hour 20 minutes I asked (PHILLIP) how far my order was and he advised that they still busy with it as he was still looking for calamari tubes. 9 would have had better luck fishing them out of the sea nearby myself). He was clearly being dishonest as I was watching him for most of my wait clearing off tables and serving other customers. When I eventually decided to leave without eating anything as this looked like it was never going to happen, another manager proceeded to ask us our number. For the life of me why take my number if you don't intend on calling. DISGUSTING POOR SERVICE, WRITING SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE WALL WHEN YOU DECIDE TO SERVE COMPLIMENTARY SASK SAM WHITE BREAD
