Disappointing service

I was very upset to have such a terrible experience for the first time Ocean Basket in Suncoast. The waitress was rude and very unprofessional. For me customer service is very important because it's something I provide everyday. How does a restaurant run a special on a weekend when there are no drinks to go with the order, the customer must compromise and drink something they don't like because they only have 2 options available and refuse to give an alternative I honestly don't know who was worst the waitress or manager. Word of mouth is the strongest form of reputatioal damage I would never recommend anyone to that OB.
