Disappointing meal and service

<p>I have always been a regular patron of the OB chain but due to budget constraints have not been in about 8 months. Today I took a Dutch friend of mine for lunch. We had to ask for bread, the food atrived within 10 mins of ordering. Our drinks and my salad arrived 10 mins after the fiod was served. I looked at my plate and could already see a huge problem. The portions were half of what they were before. I ordered the platter for 1. The muscles were tiny and tasted watery as if they had just come out of the freezer. The frieď tentacles were crumbs. I could not find one full head. The grilled calamari had absolutely NO raste. The prawns were covered in aromat. I was so disappointed. I opted for a salad instead of the starch... the salad had an onion ring on top that was so dried out from being in the fridge. The salad was obviously taken straight from thr fridge and was so cold to eat. I sent my meal back. It was replaced with an equally pathetic looking plate of fòod. Bland pale prawns and cala.ari and wow 6 fried tentacles! The olastic dishes holding the garlic and chille gave a very cheap feel. Very disappointing meal. You have lost a customer. Yuk!</p>
