Disappointing customer service and horrible food.

Went to Ocean Basket Lemon Tree for a much needed date night in August only to be disappointed with the food. After we were seated we waited almost an hour to be served and then the food look like it was left out on the plate the entire day. All dried up it ended on our plates, some of our food we had to send back.

suffice to say customer service was no existent.

I then complained to Ocean Basket Customer Care department only to be met with even more lack of customer service. She just asked me if i complained to the store manager to which i rep**** yes however he did not do anything. he just took the food back without saying a word. She then said sorry for your bad experience and in future you must complain to the store manager, that was the end of the call.

Very disappointed with her response.
