Disappointed.

On the 30th Oct 25 I was at Cresta Shopping Mall. Around 14:12pm was at Ocean Basket. When I was at the door there was a waiter (did not get his name since he had no name tag on) by the table, I proceeded by greeting him as I walked in the door & told him I'd like to get a table for one his then answer was " Go in, look for an empty clean table and sit." the shock on my face did not even alarm him. I walked in as per instruction looked for where I felt I'd be visible to anyone who works there to be able to assist me. 5mins passed no one came to the table then it was 10mins, at exactly 14:30pm I stood up went to the waiter again. Greeted him again, made him aware I've been sitting there with no one attending me he then said I quote " please talk to this guy, he is the Boss" and he continued with what he was doing. I went approached the " Boss" greeted him and told him I've been sitting there without no one to service me his reply was " I had sent some waiters back home since they came to work drunk, let me assist you" I then asked him had I not stood up to ask to be assisted simply means I was going to sit there until when? I was annoyed by the fact. 1 He did not even apologise for that. 2 The waiter was not reprimanded about the " service" he just gave me 3 How is that my problem as a customer? To make it all worse the the table I was sitting at was 3 steps away from a customer who I found in the restaurant however the same waiter went to his table about 2 times in the 15mins I was sitting there, as I walked out the couple who came in 10secs before me they already been attended to given they already had menus in their hands. I choose to come to Ocean Basket because I wanted to have sea food due to the lack of professionalism I received, I was forced to leave the mall altogether request and go to another restaurant which I won't mention here. The service I received at Ocean Basket Cresta Mall has by far been the worst service I've ever received to date, to think I could've went to Maponya Mall for my errands but given they do not have Ocean Basket, I then changed my plans and came to Cresta Mall to not even get Ocean Basket food.
