Disappointed

I'm so disappointed at the service and quality of the food at the branch in Wonderboom junction, Pretoria. My family and I are regular clients at ocean basket and we expected that all the different franchises provide the same quality and service but this was a great shock yesterday afternoon when we visited this particular branch.
