Disappointed

Hi, I visited ocean basket Irene mall on the night of the 16th oct with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. We both felt sick that night and had running tummies, I called the restaurant on the morning of the 17th oct and spoke to a guy by the name of Jean/Juan and he promised to investigate and get back to me. To date, I still haven’t heard from the restaurant or manager. I am highly disappointed that they don’t take time to actually call their customers back and provide feedback.
