Disappointed

Visited Ocean Basket Mall of Africa yesterday. Walked into the restaurant by a lady who then introduced us to waiter, she just put two chairs together and left while we waited. I had to go to management to ask for assistance to arrange the tables for us to sit. We ordered and our platters arrive but we do not get plates to eat, we get side plates, really, I had to speak to management again. I regularly eat at Ocean Basket Menlyn who offer excellent service and after yesterday’s experience I will never go back to Ocean Basket Mall Of Africa. I would drive to Menlyn for the Service. It is really disappointing at how our service levels have dropped and to think that the waiter thought she was doing me a favor.
