Dirty Store

I am a regular at Southgate but today was another thing. As usual I seat at the nook '2 seaters'. 3 tables were seated a 3 were dirty. The big tables towards the deck were empty but I'm by myself and too cold to seat down there. I waited for a table to be cleaned. In the meantime I observed the whole restaurant to be dirty yet empty. The waiter came with overlay and covered the table. I asked him, to clean off the cloth before he responded, "there no need'. The bread rolls arrived, haaaaaard as rock. At this point I'm calling the manager.
