Customer unCare

The management of this particular establishment lacks manners and is clearly not customer focused and really needs to step up his game. He refused us a table in the middle of the restuarant stating that the patrons had gone to the bathroom. Very strange as they have such facilities on site. He put us next to the kitchen which was extremely noisy and as you might guess quite busy. The food and waitress were up to standard but as we watched the empty table it left me feeling resentful. By the time we left said patrons were still not back from the bathroom and Rufus needs to use his client focus more on paying clients than ghost clients. Sadly the evening left a bad taste in my mouth
