I went to have a meal at ocean basket Kenilworth to celebrate one of my friends bday. When we arrived we were told they can only serve grilled food as there equipment don't work with only 1 deep fryer for chops. When asked if I can purchase meal else were and eat it there as all my friends we eating there I was told no we will make a plan. Great I thought I will get the meal I want. Yet did that happen no I got the meal but it was underwhelming bad. When the waiter called the manager we were told she busy at the back. What manager is to busy for there customer. Sign of how they treat a customer. When at the end of this I asked the waiter for head office number, now she has time to chat to me. To late Im already disinterested. I assure Ocean Basket Kenilworth is a waste of money and time. Rather visit ocean basket Claremont where everyone has time for you.
