Complaints

Went for lunch at Ocean Basket Emerentia. Very disappointing. 1. The rolls were over heated in the microwave and served hard. 2. They do not offer decaf coffee 3. No strawberries in stock and the lame excuse of its seasonal. They have a veg store and a checkers less than 50m from the store. 4. The manager never came to the table once to check on us or address our concerns.

For this being a relatively new store its very concerning that the store is operating under the same conditions that forced the owners to close their store in Fordsburg. Poor management and stock controls\ ordering systems. It cost me R 300.00 and the service was not up to standard. Very disappointing experience at the store and definitely do not recomend the store.
