Complaint

I had lunch at Ocean Basket on Sunday 12th May 2019 for mothers day. I ordered extra veggies and they brought it in a pan. When I picked up the pan to dish for myself, I burned my hand with the handle of the pan. The pan was piping hot. Nobody told me that the pan was hot. Only after I had burned myself, they brought some paper towels to use. I asked for a bowl of ice to cool my hand down. They only said that they were sorry. I will never eat at the Ocean Basket again and I will never refer anyone to eat there. I have photos of my hand where I was burned.
