Complaint

On this past Saturday 23 March 2019, me and my beautiful wife went out to Goldreef city to Ocean Basket to have supper where we had the worst experience ever in my life. We picked a table and sat down, a waiter 5 to 10min later approached our table & his name is (Mandla) and took our drinks order. After 10 to 15 min when our drinks arrived, the long island ice tea which we ordered was made incorrectly and was absolutely strong, we instructed our waiter (Mandla) to add more coke/sprite, so he added another coke and charged it to my bill. So I then asked (Mandla) can I order my starter and main course. I ordered my started and main course. And just before my food could arrive, My waiter (Mandla) gave me a basket of complimentary bread which was the ends of the bread/or roll and the size smaller than a golf ball which he warmed in front of me in the microwave and presented it to me and said its fresh and hot, whilst other customers/tables received reasonable cuts of the bread/rolls. 10 to 15min later that evening my starters and main course was served to me and my wife. Without plates, side plates and an empty basket to dispense our wastage to utilise for our meal. We were so hungry and started eating our platter for 2. We then picked up that the muscles were raw and not cooked. I randomly approached a waiter and asked him to send the manager to my table and a few minutes later a young man approached the table who looked like one of the waiters and was not neatly dressed and said good evening I am the manager how can I assist, I asked him you sure you are the manager, he said yes but didn’t have any identification or badge. I complained to him on all the problems which we were currently experiencing, and therefore I said to him I understand the place is busy, but do not forget about your customers or tables as I had to ask random people for assistance. He said sorry and had the muscles replaced. He also added another coke in our Long island Ice Tea, so it could be right. And it was still not right. When we requested the bill the manager had charged us for all the extra cokes and the muscles, when we said we not paying they took the slip and brought another slip with our food, drinks and charging for one coke. I was straight forward and paid for my food and drinks only and left. Which was R498.00 and not R521.00? I have a slip for proof.
